During the Intersections festival, celebrity chefs Manu FeIdel, Anna Polyviou and Luke Hines will be designing unique dishes for YCK Laneways. These canapés, snacks and desserts will be designed to complement the bars in which they are served, and available for a limited two-week period each before the next chef takes on the challenge.

Representing the buzzing precinct between Town Hall and Wynyard, YCK Laneways is a consortium of independently operated retail, hospitality, corporate and entertainment businesses around York, Clarence and Kent streets.
